Welcome to CST Logistics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CST Logistics website (www.charoensaptradingplus.com), platform, APIs, and related logistics services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CST Logistics immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
4. Services Description
CST Logistics provides digital logistics and supply chain management services, including but not limited to:
- Freight Forwarding: Air freight, ocean logistics, and cross-border trucking
- Warehousing: Smart storage and pick & pack fulfillment
- Last-Mile Delivery: Urban delivery and route optimization
- Developer Tools: Tracking APIs, webhook events, and secure tokens
- Real-Time Tracking: End-to-end shipment visibility and predictive ETAs
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
5. User Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements
- Provide accurate shipment information, including cargo descriptions, weights, and dimensions
- Not ship any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials without proper authorization
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
- Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Services without permission
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of our platform or other users' access
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Fees
Service fees are determined based on the specific logistics services requested, including but not limited to shipment weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and delivery speed. All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon confirmation of service or as specified in your enterprise agreement. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved corporate billing arrangements.
6.3 Late Payment
Overdue invoices may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. CST Logistics reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
7. Shipping & Liability
7.1 Shipment Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations, including customs and import/export controls. CST Logistics acts as a logistics intermediary and is not the carrier of record for shipments.
7.2 Insurance
CST Logistics offers optional cargo insurance for shipments. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value goods. Without insurance, our liability is limited as described in Section 9.
7.3 Delivery Timelines
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, all delivery timelines are estimates only. CST Logistics is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier operations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 CST Logistics IP
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the CST Logistics platform are owned by CST Logistics or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any CST Logistics intellectual property without prior written consent.
8.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through our platform. By submitting content, you grant CST Logistics a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CST Logistics's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- CST Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- CST Logistics shall not be liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- Liability for uninsured cargo is limited to $100 USD per shipment or the actual value, whichever is lower
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CST Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Arbitration

11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. Modifications to Terms
CST Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of CST Logistics to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CST Logistics.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without CST Logistics's prior written consent. CST Logistics may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
